A tasty, refreshing but simple fruit smoothie
- 500 ml Orange Juice
- 1/2 Mango
- 1/4 Pineapple
- 2 Pears
- 2 Bananas
- 100 g Frozen Berries eg Raspberries, Blackberries
- 100 g Natural Yogurt
Chop all fruit into small pieces.
Place fruit into a large bowl and pour in the orange juice.
Add the Yogurt and blend well until smooth.
If the mix is too thick add more orange juice.
Use a funnel to transfer the smoothie mix to a glass jar/bottle.
You can store in the fridge for 48 hours.
- The remaining mango and pineapple can be chopped and the pieces frozen to be used at a later time.
- Any combination of fruit can be used to make this smoothie.
