Fruit Smoothie

A tasty, refreshing but simple fruit smoothie

  • 500 ml Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1/4 Pineapple
  • 2 Pears
  • 2 Bananas
  • 100 g Frozen Berries eg Raspberries, Blackberries
  • 100 g Natural Yogurt


  • Chop all fruit into small pieces.
  • Place fruit into a large bowl and pour in the orange juice.
  • Add the Yogurt and blend well until smooth.
  • If the mix is too thick add more orange juice.
  • Use a funnel to transfer the smoothie mix to a glass jar/bottle.
  • You can store in the fridge for 48 hours.


  • The remaining mango and pineapple can be chopped and the pieces frozen to be used at a later time.
  • Any combination of fruit can be used to make this smoothie.
