Heat 4 litres of water in a large saucepan for your pasta
Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan and add the bacon pieces. Fry until the bacon is crisp and then add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for another minute
Add the tin of tomatoes and bring to the boil.
Then simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
While the sauce is simmering cook your pasta.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain well making sure to reserve some of the water.
Add the pasta to your sauce and mix well. Add some of the pasta water until you are happy with the consistency. Serve immediately.
