Store Cupboard Essentials

October 16, 2018

Every cook has a list of items that they consider store cupboard essentials and I’m no exception.

I’ve divided these into three categories, things that last a long time, fresh food and frozen foods.

Frozen fruits and vegetables are usually frozen within one hour of being picked so they retain most nutrients.

My store cupboard always has a supply of

  • Dried Pasta (spaghetti, penne, fusilli, rigatoni, lasagne sheets, macaroni, linguini)
