Ham & Feta Tart
Servings 4 mini tarts
Ingredients
- 1 tomato sauce (from my tomato sauce recipe)
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 50 g feta
- 50 g ham
- handful olives
Instructions
- Prepare the tomato sauce as per <a href="/tomato-sauce">(tomato sauce recipe)</a>
- Preheat the oven to 180 C/ 350 F or Gas Mark 4
- Remove the shop bought puff pastry and roll it flat. Divide into four to make four mini tarts
- Cut a line (but don't cut through the pastry) around the edge of the tart about 1cm in. This will allow the crust to rise on our tart
- Put a thin layer of tomato sauce on top being careful to keep the crust area clear. Top with ham, feta and olives
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
