Ham & Feta Tart

Ham & Feta Tart

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Servings 4 mini tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato sauce (from my tomato sauce recipe)
  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 50 g feta
  • 50 g ham
  • handful olives

Instructions

  • Prepare the tomato sauce as per <a href="/tomato-sauce">(tomato sauce recipe)</a>
  • Preheat the oven to 180 C/ 350 F or Gas Mark 4
  • Remove the shop bought puff pastry and roll it flat. Divide into four to make four mini tarts
  • Cut a line (but don't cut through the pastry) around the edge of the tart about 1cm in. This will allow the crust to rise on our tart
  • Put a thin layer of tomato sauce on top being careful to keep the crust area clear. Top with ham, feta and olives
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
